Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 2–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays or external factors.


Domestic Shipping Only 

We currently ship within the United States only.

We plan to expand to international shipping in the future.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Delays

The Golden Shell Company is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)
  • weather conditions
  • incorrect shipping addresses
  • unforeseen logistics issues

However, we will always do our best to assist in resolving any issues.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Include:

  • your order number
  • photos (if damaged)

We will review and assist with a resolution.

Please store your product according to the instructions provided upon arrival.
